Our Consultant

Connor earned his Bachelor of Science in Nursing from California State University San Marcos in 2018, graduating Magna Cum Laude. He began his nursing career on an oncology unit, developing a deep understanding of how to care for vulnerable populations. He later transitioned to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) at one of San Diego’s top hospitals, where he honed his skills in critical care.

During the initial wave of the COVID-19 pandemic, Connor became a travel nurse, working in overrun ICUs across multiple cities. This experience exposed him to diverse hospital systems, policies, and the structural gaps patients often face in times of crisis. After three years in ICU travel nursing, he cross-trained in the Emergency Department (ED), eventually working full-time in both ICU and ED roles.

Within just four years, Connor became one of the youngest nurses in his organization to be offered a flight nurse position. It was during his time in air medical transport that he first recognized the need for legal nurse consulting—witnessing patients being billed upwards of $30,000 for short flights, often without clear justification. This sparked his passion for patient advocacy in the legal and administrative side of healthcare.

Over seven years, Connor has worked at more than 14 hospitals, trained new nurses, educated entire units on advanced procedures, and joined a pioneering in-hospital Code Nurse Team focused on preventing medical emergencies. His wide-ranging experience—from newborns to adults, from pre-hospital trauma to inpatient critical care—provides him with a rare systems-level view of healthcare delivery.

Connor founded LexRx to address the often-hidden harms patients endure—excessive billing, unnecessary procedures, policy failures, and medical negligence. His mission is to bring clinical expertise, critical insight, and compassion to the legal process, helping patients and families navigate the complexities of modern healthcare.
